Remote Access Support

Metropolis is committed to ensuring your network security while also providing the outstanding technical support you have come to expect. Screen sharing and remote control of customer computers is 100 percent permission-based. Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and other conferencing tools which are now readily available, with a quick call.

Training Support

Metropolis conducts weekly web-based training for our customers. The training sessions typically are between thirty minutes to an hour in length, and allow you to ask any questions you may have on running or customizing the software to your needs. Contact your phone system dealer for information on joining one of our trainings, or contact a member of our sales team.

After Hours Emergency Support

If your software system is not working, and you are unable to wait until the next business day for support, please call us at 954.414.2900.

Please be aware that (non-emergency requests) for installation, customization, or support renewals will be responded to by the next business day.
