To integrate CUCM with Expo XT you have to submit the integration form and a link will be sent to you to start the data collection process, click below.
Integration with Cisco UCM requires you to configure your Cisco UCM to send the CDR data to Metropolis Expo XT via SFTP. Note that the UCM can be configured with cluster wide or server specific settings, depending on how the system administrator has installed it. Please also note that, by default, CDR records are turned off.
Whatever API’s needed no problem, the data will come pouring in with our templated reports users can see any insights with easy filters, just choose the fields desired and reports are ready to go.
